In the 80s, Sandra toured across Canada for three years with the Thunder Bay-based cover band, Cimarron, as lead vocalist and on keys.

She also did a short tour on keys with Winnipeg's Perfect Kiss. Sandra took time away from her musical career to raise a family in the 90s and early 2000s, but you can't keep a rock star down! She got back into the scene on lead vocals with Calgary's Drowning City and Miss Demeanor in the mid 2000s. She joined Mardi Gras on lead and backup vocals in 2012 and performed lead vocals with The Time Machine in 2013.
